Professor Ma Ling Was Elected Vice Chairman of Chinese Constitutional Law Research Institute

On October 22 and 23, 2016, the Second Member Congress of Chinese Constitutional Law Research Institute and the 2016 Annual Seminar was held in Hebei University.

Nearly 300 experts from various universities, research institutes and practice departments attended the seminar at which directors and members of the General Council were elected. CYUPS School of Law professor Ma Ling was elected as the Vice Chairman.

His election will not only further expand the impact CYUPS School of Law has on constitutional theory and practices, but also promote the continuous development of CYUPS constitutional disciplines.
